Deanna has spent more than a decade in regenerative medicine, helping build programs for more than 200 clinics across the country. Along the way, she saw firsthand what thoughtful, patient-first regenerative care should look like.
Her connection to this work started very personally. A shattered elbow and multiple surgeries left her in chronic pain with few good options. Regenerative treatment changed her own outcome and ultimately became the catalyst for NeoWell Regen.
She built NeoWell Regen around one standard: are you a good candidate first. An honest answer about whether treatment is right for the patient before anything else.
Sunil Kurup, MD

Dr. Kurup is board-certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine. He completed his residency at Mountainside Hospital in New Jersey and a sports medicine fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, with more than a decade in practice since. His experience extends into sports medicine, bariatrics and aesthetics, which shapes how he evaluates a patient: the whole picture, not just the joint.
He came to regenerative medicine as a patient. A labral tear in his shoulder had gotten bad enough that picking up his daughter was difficult. He underwent regenerative treatment. That was eight years ago. He hasn't needed another shoulder injection since.
As Medical Director, Dr. Kurup owns every candidacy decision and every protocol NeoWell uses, for patients and for the clinics we train.
Erin Pyka, RN

Erin is a registered nurse whose passion for caring for people runs deep. Her mom is a nurse, two of her sisters are nurses, and her own health journey only strengthened her desire to help others feel better and live healthier lives.
At NeoWell Regen, Erin leads provider training, onboarding, and education, helping other clinics bring regenerative medicine into their practices with the same standard of care NeoWell is built on.
For Erin, it has always been bigger than one patient at a time. She wanted to take what she knew as a nurse and use it to equip other providers to care for more people well.
